Forward Role is partnered with a fantastic luxury travel business, and as the Social Media Content Creator, you'll own the show – from crafting content to strategising campaigns and staying ahead of industry trends

Your mission? Enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across all platforms

You'll also build communities, connect with influencers, and ensure the messaging is consistent across all platforms. Plus, you'll dive into performance data, uncover insights, and propose strategies for even greater user engagement

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of all social media activities, including content creation, campaigns, and staying updated with industry trends.
Strategise and execute plans to enhance brand awareness and foster customer engagement across social channels.
Manage scheduling, creation, and oversight of all social content (across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest).
Develop captivating and inspiring content, including blogs and weekly e-newsletters.
Identify and cultivate communities, managing interactions and engagement.
Engage with industry professionals and influencers via social media to build a strong network.
Ensure consistency of messaging across social platforms, the website, and e-newsletters.
Perform basic updates on the website.
Provide regular performance reports, analyse results, and suggest improvements to enhance user engagement.
