Forward Role are working with a fast paced, progressive, global retail brand to recruit a Senior CRM Executive.

Under the leadership of a CEO, who has come from one of the biggest and well known sports retailers in the world, and working alongside a marketing team of 30, this role is the first of its kind in the business. It’s creation, to maximise the performance of the CRM channels (Email, SMS, App) and build and refine automations.

Due to their insane growth, the possibilities for progression are endless and the impact you will have on the CRM Channel and the business are career defining.

You will be working from a recently refurbished, open plan office with a pool table, ping pong table, darts board and onsite gym which is free to use. There are also daily fitness classes and onsite personal trainers!

The role:

• Implement & execute the daily CRM strategy
• Create and refine current workflows & automations to boost B2C conversions and engagement
• Coordinate with wider teams to help steer and shape the CRM strategy and sending plans
• Plan and schedule campaigns that support the product launch calendar and broader marketing strategy & KPIs
• Report and analyse CRM activity and feedback to the wider teams and senior management team.
• Keep up to date with trends and technologies to increase businesses CRM performance

What you will need:

• Proven experience in B2C CRM role
• Be data-driven with a creative flair
• Experience using a CRM / ESP
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
