Marketing Executive

As the Marketing & Communications Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

Creating content including thought leadership and SEO focused blogs, emails, social (LinkedIn), sales collateral, case studies, press releases, and website content.

Maintain the marketing calendar including internal and external events, and awards.

Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.

Manage and brief an external design resource to deliver assets for multi-channel campaigns that are on-brand and consistent.

Assist in organising and promoting the company’s attendance at key industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Maintain and update the company's website content to ensure it reflects current offerings and engages visitors effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, account management and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

Assist with core internal communications activity as and when required.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

About you:

At least 2 year’s proven experience in a generalist role, supporting all areas of marketing, both online and offline.

Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B or service-oriented industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and impactful content.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with basic design tools is desirable. (i.e. Canva, Photoshop etc.)

Familiarity with a CRM platform is desirable, but not required.

Familiarity with paid media and PPC is desirable, but not required.

Familiarity with the property or energy sectors is desirable, but not required.
