Forward Role are working with the UK’s leading specialist insurer to recruit a CRM Manager. With a wide range of tailored B2C and B2B products, they run very much like an e-commerce business. They have seen year on year growth which is only set to continue as they launch 5 new products this year!

The growth plans for CRM this year will mean that you’ll have plenty to put on your CV after this career defining role. There is so much opportunity to shape the strategy and make an impact!

The main aim of this role:  

• Deliver the Marketing plan and strategic strategy for the main acquisition and retention channels to hit volume and targets, and grow the customer databases.
• The main channels are: email, SMS, refer- a friend, on-site data capture ect
• Take ownership of the Retention activity to make sure great retention rates are retained.
• The CRM Manager must to be imaginative, very organised and results focused and able to influence a team to deliver a great standard of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Management of a number of direct reports

What you will need:

• Proven experience in a CRM Manager role in a fast paced environment
• Line management experience
• Experience of working with multiple software tools such as Google Analytics, ESP’s/CRM systems ect
• Experience of email automation programmes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
