5% bonus (80% personal 20% business)
2 days a week in the office and 3 remote

Forward Role are working with a high growth, international, e-commerce retailer to recruit a CRM Exec.

Your development and progression will be encouraged and supported by a best-in-class CRM team made up of a Senior CRM Manager, CRM Manager and CRM Exec and substantial training budgets.
Responsibilities:
- End to end CRM campaign ownership including planning, delivery and analysis.
- Email, SMS and push campaigns as well as promotional activity, newsletters and referrals.
- Basic image and HTML amendments where necessary and copy writing and proof reading for campaigns.
- Applying best practices for email marketing design and delivery and collating and communicating design briefs to creative teams.
- Ownership of campaign QA testing and deployment though the Customer Engagement Platform - BRAZE
- Manage customer segment and selection activity from defining the targeting method to writing data selection briefs through to delivery of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign stats and reports, comment on performance using data and generate campaign forecasts.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create campaigns.
- Recommend campaign and audience tests to develop fundamental success metrics.
- Understand email activity of competitors and keep up to date with email marketing trends to identify improvement opportunities for future campaigns.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role and knowledge of email marketing best practices.
- Experience with a CRM platform.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written skills to produce written briefs.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to plan and manage several campaigns and tasks.
- Experience with Excel and/or Google sheets.
- Ability to read data and trend insights and comfortable reporting on performance.
- Can work well independently and as part of a team.
- Able to take ownership for your work.
- Basic hands-on HTML and design packages experience.
- An understanding of segmentation.
