Retail Marketing Manager

£50,000 - £60,000 plus excellent benefits

This is a hugely exciting time for this household name - lots of development, growth and positive changes are underway! They are on the hunt for a store retail specialist who can manage the expansion of their store portfolio.

Role responsibilities

  • Manage all marketing and brand aspects relating to this brand, a fast paced growing retailer that forms the new growth channel of this group of companies
  • Brand - develop a clear brand identity that drives branding and roll out across store design and marketing channels.
  • New store marketing - support all new store openings each year out of home, door drops, radio, local press and experimental marketing.
  • National marketing - drive sales at key periods of the year with national campaigns.
  • In store POS - develop and refine in store POS.
  • New store design - produce a range of assets across store design including fixtures, graphics and signage in order to create a positive shopping experience that's unique to this brand
  • Digital - oversee website and social media activity ensuring new products and promotions are pushed.

Person specification

  • An experienced store retail marketer
  • Experience in B2C communications and a firm grasp of digital marketing.
  • Solid brand positioning and overall brand experience preferably in the field of store retail
  • Strong organisational skills; attention to detail critical.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Relationship builder with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Educated to degree level in a marketing discipline is desirable.
  • Hands-on; ability to work under pressure and juggle lots of balls within a fast paced environment.
  • A structured thinker who can analyse complex problems and present effectively.
  • A strong communicator that has the skills to manage senior level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Positive and self-motivated with a "can do" attitude.
