Our client, an International B2B organisation based in Manchester, are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their busy team.


Lead the planning, delivery and management of marketing campaigns across all marketing channels, ensuring activity is aligned with business objectives and delivered on time, within budget and following the end to end Marketing process.

Managing the day to day work via creative, PR and media agencies, and direct reports (two Marketing Executives) this role will be the driving force behind all campaign delivery and be expected to deliver high quality communications, always looking for improvements and clear ROI.          


  • Track record in managing and developing marketing campaigns from initial briefing through to execution and analysis, including budget management, with the ability to write compelling, single-minded creative briefs.
  • Experience of both digital and offline communications for delivery of fully integrated campaigns from printed literature, POS, sales support and event graphics to email campaigns, press, digital display advertising, social and broadcast media
  • Media planning experience, working with media agency to build annual plans to support both brand and channel objectives, and managing delivery of those plans.
  • Experience of working with a PR agency to optimise opportunities in non-paid media to support and enhance campaign activity
  • Experience in managing lead generation and nurturing campaigns, driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Creative flair and the ability to appraise creative and copy to achieve the highest standards of work, with effective messaging for the audience and proposition.
  • An understanding of the brand’s positioning and how to ensure consistency in tone of voice and build on this throughout communications.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and persuasive manner, with a strong command of English language (grammar, spelling and punctuation), excellent proof-reading skills and attention to detail
  • People management experience with the ability to lead and motivate others – the role will manage a team of 2.


  • Has a relevant degree and experience will include the management of traditional media planning, such as press or TV broadcast, plus on line marketing activity such as PPC, E-mail marketing, display advertising and Social Media. 
  • People management experience is essential as is stakeholder management.
  • Multi-channel marketing experience, delivering integrated creative campaigns.
  • Experience in managing media, creative and PR agencies to deliver marketing and creative propositions in line with business strategy.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially via a channel model, would be preferable.
